Spicy Food
Spicy food is usually tasty and healthy. Capsaicin, the compound that gives the heat to hot peppers, is good for our circulatory system and boosts our immune system. Still, on an empty stomach, spicy food is too aggressive on the stomach tissue and can cause lots of irritation and even blisters.
Spicy food early in the morning can also cause gastritis and colon irritation, so it’s better to avoid it, at least during breakfast.
