Classified as nutrient-rich foods, leafy greens have lots of vitamins A, C and K. Still, they also have other natural chemicals like sulforaphane that have proven to lower inflammation markers in our system. Eat your broccoli, and you’ll be just fine. You should have listened to mom long ago.
