Consuming Trans Fats
The good fats you get from salmon, nuts, olive oil, or avocados can be good for your liver. However, the trans fats that you get from fast food, pastries, and packaged and processed foods are not good for you. The reason for that is it can easily raise your LDL which is your bad cholesterol. And that can cause damage to your liver. It also can lower your good cholesterol which is the HDL and that is dangerous for your liver. Natural fats from foods mentioned in the first sentence do the opposite.
