Let’s start with a warning; most store-bought juices have little fruit juice. Artificial colorings, flavors, water, and lots of sugar make fake juices a terrible drink choice, even if branded as healthy.
Real, freshly made juice without added sugar is beneficial to your health. A small glass of orange juice in the morning will give you all the vitamin C you need and natural sugars to get energized. Green juices based on orange juice, but with added celery, cucumbers, and any other green is the wisest choice.
