Oily Fish
Omega-3 fatty acids present in oily fish like sardines, mackerel, tuna and salmon lower bad LDL cholesterol levels in your bloodstream. Blood pressure and triglyceride levels diminish too.
Studies show arterial function improvement in people eating oily fish at least two times a week, and that’s encouraging for people with heart problems or family records involving heart murmurs and cardiac arrest.
Many other foods have adequate amounts of Omega-3 like walnuts and chia seeds, but none like oily fish.
