Depression
If you are not sleeping well because of your pillow, this will cause depression and this will get into the way of your life. Depression will cause you to experience prolonged sadness, apathy, lack of motivation, isolation, and appetite and weight changes. If you don’t have a history of depression but you are finding that you are experiencing it and nothing in your life has changed other than you not getting much sleep – then you need to find a better pillow and to talk to your doctor.
