Even though you must stick to the ‘stay at home’ guidelines, as long as you do not have COVID-19, you can go for a walk in your neighborhood. You can sit out on your porch or backyard. Fresh air is good for you and you will want to go and get some. It is good for your mental and physical health so don’t be stuck at home, literally! If you see other people walking just stay 6 feet away from them.
