Antihistamines
Antihistamines such as Benadryl are meant to stop histamine actions that induce allergies as well as motion sickness. Because these drugs do slow down certain areas of the brain, there can be a cognitive decline after using them which includes poor memory and lack of concentration. When these drugs are no longer taken, the effects are reversible.
