Antihistamines
If you are dealing with allergies or have conditions that cause constant nausea then you will be taking antihistamines such as Benadryl. Drugs like that also block the function of acetylcholine which as you know from the point above can damage the brain.
The fact that these drugs are linked to dementia does not mean to stop taking them, not cold-turkey anyway. In some cases, you need these drugs for a while if you are dealing with a chronic debilitating condition. But it is best to discuss the situation with your doctor as perhaps the dosage can be worked with.
