Insomnia
If you have trouble sleeping on a consistent basis, then that means you are dealing with the cumulative effects of insomnia. Those effects can be weight gain, depression, and memory loss. Ideally, you need from 7 to 9 hours of sleep per night. If you end up getting less than 6 hours of sleep on a consistent basis, then you will end up suffering from the effects of insomnia. A sleep study will need to be conducted in order for the issue to be resolved.
