✱ 2 – Knee to Chest Stretch
Lie down, and gather your legs while your feet are flat on the floor. Interlace your fingers and hold your right leg. Now start pulling your right leg towards your chest with the help of your hands. When you start feeling that your back muscles are stretching, hold for a minute. Then return to the initial position, and repeat the same with your other leg. Do this stretch for 3-5 times.
