✱ 5 – Flexion Rotation Stretch
Lie down on your right side, and bend your left leg while the right leg is straight. Support your left foot behind the right knee, and hold the left knee with the right arm. Now put your left hand behind your neck and start rotating your trunk backward. You will feel your body stretching. Hold there for about 5 seconds, and repeat it on the other side too. You should do this for about 10 times.
