✱ 7 – Cat-Cow Stretch
Get onto your hands and knees, and keep your knees hip-width away. Arch your back, and make your head fall forward just like a cat stretches. Hold there for 10-15 seconds, and then return to the initial position. Now curve your back downwards, and raise your head up, just like a cow stretches. Hold there for 10-15 seconds, and then return to the initial position. Repeat this stretch 10-15 times.
