Lower back pain is a commonly experienced condition that can negatively impact your quality of life. It becomes hard to perform your day to day activities with an aching back. Some people end up abusing over-the-counter painkillers to get relief but even that does not work at times.
It is important to get rid of this pain to lead a healthy life. However, painkillers only provide relief for the time being. You need to do some exercises to get pain-free. Here are some stretches that can help with your back pain.
✱ 8 – Trunk Rotation Stretch
Lie down on your back, and bring your knees towards the chest. Put your arms straight on your sides with palms facing downwards. Now simply rotate your trunk to the right side, and hold there for 15 seconds. Come to the initial position, and repeat the same on the other side. Hold for 15 seconds on the other side too. Repeat it 10-15 times on each side.
