Boxed cereal
Millions of people have boxed cereal for breakfast, and we know they packed with unhealthy sugars. Any conscious grown up avoids sugary treats, chocolate-flavored cereals, and anything with marshmallows in it, but the apparently ‘healthier’ options are just as bad.
Cereal branded as healthy alternatives, like weight-loss cereals, have up to 30 grams of sugar per serving, the same amount as two scoops of ice cream.
