Black tea
Black tea is high in oxalates, which means they can bind with calcium, phosphorus or uric acid to form kidney stones.
This doesn’t mean you should avoid tea, since it’s more beneficial than harmful, especially for its exorbitant amounts of antioxidants that protect your cells from damage and can even prevent the formation of cancer tumors.
As a part of an integral diet, tea is healthy, but you might want to avoid it if you’re developing kidney stones.
