✱ Margarine
You are much better off with a little bit of butter instead of margarine. Margarine isn’t even food as it is one molecule away from being plastic. It is full of bad fats and additives that will cause premature aging, cell mutation, and inflammation. In fact, margarine is one of the worst foods to eat.
What does that leave you? Stick to organic and stick to anything that has complex carbs such as whole grains, beans, and lentils. If you have a bagel or some ice cream once in a blue moon, then that won’t hurt you. But just be sure to never make a habit of it.
