Sweet potatoes are full of excellent nutrients over regular potatoes and that is why you order a plate of sweet potato fries instead of actual fries. But they are not as healthy as you think. Frying sweet potatoes can free up free radicals and that does cause cellular damage to skin cells. That will speed up the aging process. It is better to just even have mashed potatoes instead.
You can definitely enjoy these foods in moderation but be mindful of how often you eat them as you know they can be the culprit for premature aging.
