The next time you want that deli sandwich, or that bacon with your eggs, or the hotdog, you may want to rethink that. These meats are processed and are filled with sulfites and saturated fats. They also are full of nitrates which can damage your skin cells. Stick to meats that are not smoked or processed and make sure they are cooked well. Lean is the key.
