Exercise daily
As you may already know, the physical, mental, and emotional pieces of our “puzzle” are so deeply connected. On the same token, working out and getting a good sweat in is a great way to keep your brain performing optimally. For one, it helps to prevent diabetes and high blood pressure, which suck away energy that would otherwise be used for brain function. Furthermore, working out improves blood circulation, which allows more oxygen and nutrients to be fed to the brain.
