Natural cereals are healthy, they’re high in fiber and have good minerals, but as you can imagine, these don’t sell very well. We all buy colorful boxes packed with sugary cereals, and they have serious repercussions in our health.
You’re eating massive amounts of sugar, artificial colorings, fake flavors, and lots of preservatives. Even if producers add vitamins to them to make them seem nutritious, they’re one of the worst ways to start your day.
Eat oatmeal instead, or whole-grain, all-natural cereals.
