Many people are phobic of carbs as they think that carbs are the culprit to weight gain. However, they are not informed about the type of carbs that the body does not need and that is bad for you. But you need complex carbs from whole grains, fruits, and vegetables, and your brain needs glucose to run on as well. Denying your body carbs will not just hurt your brain but will be dangerous for your overall health.
