Arcades are one of the places to stay away from during any pandemic, and it is not even advisable to go during flu seasons without any pandemic. However, the controls on the games are full of viruses and bacteria and therefore, it is not easy to clean each time someone leaves. Staff will not always be able to clean off controls and panels of the games when someone else leaves. This means germs are floating around on there.
Therefore, these open places still pose a risk even with the precautions taken. It is best to wait to go to them after you have been vaccinated from COVID-19. It is not worth the risk, otherwise.
