✱ 1 – Relieve the pain of a toothache
If you’ve had a toothache or any kind of ache before, chances are that you used ice or a cold pack to relieve the pain. After all, ice has indeed been proven to relieve pain. If you have a toothache but have sensitive teeth, however, putting ice on your tooth may not be the right move. Instead, simply take an ice cube and rub it on the back of your hand. Start to rub the ice on the area between the index finger and the thumb. It works just as well.
