Did you know that there is actually a spot on your wrist that can help you reduce anxiety? This is why it is commonly nicknamed the “spirit gate”. To start, turn your palm side up and feel for the tendon that comes into the base of your pinky finger. Then, feel for the soft spot that’s on the inside of the tendon. With your index finger, press on this point. At the same time, inhale and exhale slowly and deeply. It works like a charm.
