Cereals, especially the colorful, fruit-scented ones, have too much sugar that you won’t burn unless you run a marathon every day. Chocolate milk adds to the problem with extra sugar. Milk is healthy in moderate amounts, but a double dose of the milky calcium-rich drink is too much fat for your body to process.
