Numbness in the feet

More often than not, numbness in your feet is due to a lack of blood flow. While this is completely normal if you sit in one position for a long time or sleep in an awkward position, you shouldn’t have numbness that occurs regularly or while you’re active. Foot numbness is a common sign of diabetes and should be diagnosed by a doctor.
See your doctor if you notice abnormalities. For anything that’s different or changes when it comes to the foot, see your podiatrist right away!
